All products, subscriptions (e.g. Pro Monthly, Introductory Offers, Ad-Free Pass, Annual Pass, Seller Suites) offered via this website or within the Sahih-Islam mobile application are 100% digital goods and electronic services.

We believe in instantaneous access. Delivery of your purchased digital features and subscriptions is carried out electronically under the following protocol:

• Instantaneous In-App Activation: Upon successful completion of your payment through our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay) or Google Play Billing, your account status is updated in real-time. Premium features (Ad-Free, AI Queries, Offline reciters, Pro badges) are unlocked immediately inside the Sahih-Islam mobile application.
• Digital Receipt & Confirmation Email: An electronic order confirmation containing your payment transaction ID (e.g. pay_xxx or Google Play Order ID GPA.xxx), plan details, amount paid, and subscription duration is dispatched immediately to your registered email address upon payment confirmation.
• Expected Fulfillment Timeline: Delivery is instantaneous (typically within 0 to 5 seconds of successful transaction processing). In rare circumstances involving banking server delays, digital account provisioning may take up to a maximum of 10 to 15 minutes.

4. Non-Receipt of Access / Technical Support

If you have completed payment through our gateway but your Pro subscription features are not automatically activated within 15 minutes, please follow these simple steps:

1. Open the Sahih-Islam app, navigate to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases / Sync Account".
2. Ensure that you are signed in with the same email address used during checkout.

Our engineering team will manually verify the payment record with Razorpay / Google Play and activate your digital entitlement immediately within 2 to 4 business hours.
